W-2 Information

A Brief Word about W-2s:

Each year we receive thousands of requests for W-2 information. Please remember that the IRS deadline to process and mail W-2 data to current and former employees is January 31st. If you have not received your W-2 please be patient with us and the US Postal Service as we work to ensure that everyone receives their W-2.

Questions and Answers you may find helpful

I have not updated my address information. How do I make that change so that my W-2 is mailed to the correct place?
Address changes can be made the following ways:
  • Internet - click on the Payroll Self Service link above and you can login and update your address. You can also elect to receive your W-2 electronically. Refer to the instructions with login and password information if this is your first time logging in.
  • Mail – Carolina Restaurant Group

  • Fax – Requests to change address via fax must be sent to 704-525-7064

I still have not received my W-2 and I need to prepare my taxes. How can I receive another copy of my W-2?
All Tax Years: You can receive another copy and always have access to your W2 via the Payroll Self-Service link above. Click on the "Go to Payroll Self-Service" link, login, and then under the Pay tab you can click W-2 and print any year, including the current year.

I would like to file my current year taxes prior to the January 31st deadline of the issuance of my W-2. Can I contact the Wendy’s corporate office to have my last paycheck stub reprinted?
No. Unfortunately, our company’s computer system does not allow us the capability to reprint paychecks or paycheck stubs.
